Who are you?
Well we might be a new name on the block but between us we have over fifty years experience in the print and office supplies industry. Cascade Print Systems Ltd are a print management company who can help you reduce the amount of time and money that companies spend on sourcing diverse printed products and we can also help keep you stocked up with pens and paperclips too! Not always but often the job of purchasing printed products and keeping the stationery cupboard in full supply falls to the same person, so now you can buy it all from one supplier.

What does a print broker do?
In much the same way that commodities can be brokered, such as insurance or mortgages, so too can print and that's what we do. Rather than you spending your time buying business cards from one supplier and clothing from another, you can contact us and we will source it all for you. With access to over a hundred trade only manufacturers, we can get you the best prices available. We can also hold stock of your printed products saving you storage space and you can call off what you need when you need it and have it delivered to your door the next day.

How do we make money?
As a business we need to remain a profitable concern. We have low overheads by not having our own printing equipment, for example. We produce print on behalf of our customers through trade-only suppliers who have low overheads themselves. We find that once we apply a modest margin to our purchasing cost our prices to the end-user are representative of those which they would find in the commercial market and often more competitive.

How many of you are there?
We are a family run business with several field based sales representatives.

Why are we better than the rest?
As we out source our customer projects, we are free to manage our customers printing for them. With over fifty years experience in the industry we know where to go to get the best prices and the quickest turnover. But more than anything, we care about our customers. We want you to have the right product and the right price and we'll do whatever is needed to ensure this happens. Unlike many companies these days, we don't want you to do everything on line unless you want to. We prefer to talk to you, the old fashioned way and to build a relationship that will hopefully last for years.

When can you contact us?
Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm.

Do you charge delivery?
No unless specifically quoted.

What's the order cut off time for stationery?
You can order up to 5pm, Monday to Friday for free next day delivery.

What happens if I want to return something?
Returns are free of charge and Cascade aim to make it as simple as possible! If you are not completely satisfied with an item you can return it within 5 working days. The only exceptions are catering products due to health and safety reasons and business machine which unfortunately we can't take back unless they are damaged or faulty. Contact our sales office on 01303 817400 and we will arrange for the items to be collected from you.

Obviously printed products are non-returnable as they are bespoke to every customer.

What if I receive a damaged item?
Damaged goods should be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Ideally, they should be signed for as damaged from the courier. Contact us on 01303 817400 to arrange for a replacement and collection.

Credits
Once the goods have been reported as not required and collection has been made we will raise a credit note. This process may take up to 7 working days.
