NCR Books, Pads & Sets

Books and pads have been around for a long time and we can't see any reason that this is going to change any time soon! So what's the difference between a books, a pad and a set?

A Book is a series of pages that are stitched, glued or sewn together inside a front and back cover.

A pad has pages glued at the head (top) or side. All pages are removable. Pads are usually used where pages need to be removed and distributed.

A set is a number of pads glued together. They are generally linked by the details printed on the top page. For example, a 3 part set is three pages, top, middle and bottom, that can be separated and distributed to different departments. You can have as many as 6 pages per set and they can be numbered as required.
